| Introduction | Jason isn’t the most typical student of ministry and historic theology at Indiana Wesleyan University. Dramatic events led him; with his wife and four young children, to Marion, IN from Greenville, MI where he had previously been a graphic artist. This Army veteran of the First Gulf War was raised in Muskegon, where inner-city high school meets the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. Jason is a passionate and sometimes stormy seeker of truth and transformation who grew up in a Lutheran elementary school. His teens and twenties were a journey in the wilderness far beyond any connection to the Church until a life changing ‘Damascus Road’ experience completely realigned the trajectory of his life and launched him onto a new journey in the professional ministry. Jason discovered an enthusiasm for John Wesley, Ancient Patristic Orthodoxy and a God who not only saves, but also transforms and sets us free. |
