Favorite music	I have very ecletic tastes when it comes to music as there is good and bad music in every genre. I do have a preference for rock and singer/songwriters.
Favorite books	Numerous but currently I think one of the more important books that is out is "The Shock Doctrine" by Naomi Klein.
