| Introduction | I run a startup called Oasis Software Inc which markets and sells multi-channel online sales software. The software, called OASIS, allows people to easily sell a large inventory of products across multiple online sales channels, automating all interactions and allowing the customer to focus on customer service and sales tactics/strategy instead of dealing with each channel's unique idiosyncrasies. I wanted to create a place on the Net for online merchants to vent, comment, and laugh about the shenanigans that our valued customers pull off, in a supportive anonymous environment....ENJOY! |
