Introduction	My name is Gerri and I am 30 years old. I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I have gained a lot of weight dealing with PCOS between the syndrome itself and a big round of steroids and Clomid several years back. I have been married to my handsome husband for almost 11 years now. I have one fur baby. My cat Ms. Whiskers is the black and white Tuxedo. She passed away several months ago and Cali (9) she is my little Tortiseshell. I have a wonderful doctor that is very excited about me shedding all this extra weight. I have already started my Medifast journey and wanted to document all that I am learning on here. I have lost a total of 56 lbs in 5 months. I am looking forward to seeing less of me and getting to know many wonderful people on here.

Favorite movies	My Fair Lady, Must Love Dogs, and War and Peace.
Favorite music	I listen to all types including rock, pop, and country to name a few :)
