Introduction	After a series of frustrating romantic ups and downs, I've come to the conclusion that all the advice I allow to go unfiltered has destroyed my instinct. I no longer know how to navigate a relationship without seeking input or opinion from outside sources. I've also realized, no matter how well intentioned or insightful someone may be, they won't be able to give effective advice on a situation they haven't experienced themselves. The purpose of this blog isn't to dismiss the wisdom of experience or discourage anyone from seeking another perspective. Rather, it is to help us filter out what isn't helpful, or what is trendy, and find something useful that supports our own intuition.
