Introduction	TheLawSchoolGourmet is my way of doing what I love (baking!) and sharing it with you and your loved ones. All cakes are made completely from scratch with the highest quality ingredients, including Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, E. Guittard Cocoa Powder, real vanilla bean, cane sugar, fresh berries, and ALWAYS real butter and cream! Cakes and cheesecakes (all sizes) are delivered in a box for easy storage and transport. I don't usually decorate, since I don't like using artificial coloring (and let's be honest, who likes to see their name written in brown?!), but if you're set on it, just ask!
