| Introduction | I attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where I bagged my B.A in Philosophy .I also have my Post Graduate Studies in Public Administration from University of Calabar and capped it with a Post Graduate Diploma in Communications from Lagos State University, Nigeria. I am a journalist, and have been practicing for the past 20years. I worked in the defunct Concord Press Nig,Ltd. Lagos, The Village News (Ogun State), The Hope Newspaper (Ondo State Government Newspaper), The Comet Newspaper and The Nation Newspaper.
