Introduction | My name is Mario Armand Herrera Velazquez, I'm originally from Compostela Nayarit, Mexico, I've immigrated to USA in 1977, my tenure with photography started when I was about 12 years of age, when my father sent me (to Mexico) a Kodak Brownie camera he bought in a U.S. flea market for about $1.00 I took many good images with it but film & processing were hard to come by then, I was definitely "infected" with the photography bug. Our photography business started in about 1988 after I quit my job as a loan officer and can honestly say that it has been very rewarding to me. Today, after more than 20 years of full-time image-making, I still enjoy photographing events, helping my clients and lecturing at the different photo seminars and industry conventions sharing my experiences with other professionals. |
