Introduction	I'm 50, and am married to a wonderful guy - just celebrated 27 years. We have two kids, a son (26) and a daughter (22). Those kids are my shining lights. I've been knitting for over 26 years. My passions are reading, travelling, sci fi/fantasy, ren faires, animals, and of course, knitting. I used to create polymer clay dragons and sell them online and at ren faires, but one day the love of making them was gone -- it became work. So I stopped. I still love my dragon babies and am so glad to have experienced those five years of business, but it was just time to move on. I have been totally thrilled to find the internet is filled with knitters and blogs about knitting! If I didn't have to work I'd be online most of the time and knitting the rest of it. LOL I love how open and friendly the online community is, and I think the Ravelry site is a marvelous idea. Dragon Hugs!
