Introduction	I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother...cancer survivor, and old fashioned born-again Christian. Health issues forced me to leave the workplace far too early. We moved to a cabin in the woods so that I could "heal" and it has given me a new perspective and a whole new life! I love to share what I've learned about living simply and learning to cherish each moment. My husband and I are also the guardians for our amazing mentally handicapped grandson who now lives with us. He has inspired me to be the very best I can be no matter what obstacles life sends my way. My favorite quote: "This is not the rehearsal~It's the SHOW!" Life is Good!

Favorite books	The Bible (the ultimate guide for living a simple life!), Gone With the Wind, Self-Improvement, Historical Romance Novels (yes, I read Harlequin!)
