| Introduction | In July 2007 I left my home in Austin, Texas and flew to South Africa to start my training as a Peace Corps Volunteer. In September 2007 I became an official volunteer and began living and working in Metz Village, Limpopo. This is a chronicle of my journey, discovering things about myself, South Africa, and the world.
