Introduction	I am a math teacher and Instructional Leader at North High School in the Phoenix Union High School District. I have been teaching mathematics since 2001, and in PUHSD since 2007. My teaching interests include student-student discourse and student-teacher discourse; effective use of technology in the classroom; and using data to inform instruction.
