InterestsAs a child growing up we had "House Keepers" from all over the world. I was delighted to spend my time in their company learning what they ate and cooked. This sparked a life long love of Global Ethnic foods. Which I now share with friends and family. I have just completed my first cook book and I am working on the second. I have added links to some amazing foods that are Gluten Free. Cest Bon!
