| Introduction | I'm a 24 yr. old graduate of the University of Michigan with an Honors BA in English Language and Literature. Since I became a critical thinker, I've been a conservotarian (that is--a healthy mixture of conservatism and libertarianism.) I will be going on to graduate school in either English or Celtic studies. I am currently working on a fiction regarding a very famous composer, a libretto for an opera regarding a very famous opera diva, a play regarding modern life as we know it and have recently co-authored and edited a vocabulary building book which uses Greek and Latin word parts to "build" vocabulary. |
| Interests | Reading, writing, politics, blogs, talk radio, conservatism, libertarianism, history, western civilization, international relations, opera, classical music, Irish Gaelic, bellydance, scifi, Doctor Who, getting under the skin of snooty liberals. |
| Favorite movies | Lord of the Rings, Story of O, Phonebooth, Ridicule, Barry Lyndon, House of Cards series, Pride and Prejudice, Bridget Jones's Diary, Onegin, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, To End all Wars. |
| Favorite music | Classical, Opera, Folk, Celtic |
| Favorite books | I have no idea how I'm going to be able to remember them all. Pride and Prejudice, Hamlet, Merchant of Venice (the quality of mercy is not strained...,) Poetry of John Donne and other metaphysicals, the poetry of the Romantics, Brothers K, The Trial, Alice in Wonderland, Republic, Poetics, Oedipus Rex trilogy and LOTS of others. |
If you were a cannibal, what would you wear to dinner?
Wow--yuck. Even so, no need for slacking in the "right and proper" department. I'd probably wear my silk and satin dinner kit.
