Introduction	Fortunate enough to be in "the second half of life" (Google Richard Rohr's version) as a three-time cancer survivor, I have been brought to a glass-half-full outlook 95% of the time - and grateful for where I am and where I hope to go 100% of the time. The second half of life also brought career changes; I have joyfully become a spiritual director and a contemplative retreat and prayer group leader. I enjoy the simple times that include the people and pets that I love and the interests that make me happy. God is at the center of my life and recreates me with every breath I take. There's not a day that goes by that God does not surprise and amaze me!
Interests	Reading, documentaries, movies, knitting & crochet, Game Night with friends, cooking, baking, walking, and a vegetarian lifestyle lived in the beautiful countryside of North Carolina.
Favorite movies	RBG; Lion; Moonlight; Maudie; The Least of These; Footprints: The Path of Your Life; Amazing Grace (2006); Saint of 9/11; Clare and Francis; Saving Grace (1980s); all of the Jane Austen novels made into movies since the 1990s!
Favorite music	For the last couple of years, Carrie Newcomer is my favorite singer/songwriter. All time (eclectic) favorites: Most music from the 1970s, Aretha Franklin, Josh Grobin, Mary Chapin Carpenter, R. Carlos Nakai
Favorite books	Easier to list authors: Henri Nouwen, James Martin, Thomas Merton, Gerald May, Anne Lamott, Paula D'Arcy, Joan Chittister, Murray Bodo, Timothy Gallagher, and most Jesuits!
