| Introduction | On 26th June 2011 I suffered a heart attack. In that same week my 19 year old niece, Vicky, was diagnosed with a rare form of knee cancer, The Teenage Cancer Trust at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham supported her through 9 months of grueling Chemotherapy.
