| Introduction | Hello! My name is Lindsay Crolius and I am a chef living in Los Angeles. I graduated from culinary school in 2006, then hosted 2 cooking shows for Comcast on Demand “Dishing With Celebs” and “Bikini BBQs” (www.bikinibbqs.com) I currently work independently as either a personal chef or caterer and I love it! I love coming up with new, healthy versions of restaurant foods or foods I love and sharing them with people. Living here for the past 6 years I have acquired a hobby trying out new and delicious restaurants in LA, and what i've learned about LA eateries is that this city has some of the most diverse foods in the world! There is always something for every palate. Lucky for me, I’ll try almost anything!
