| Introduction | Being a mother of 3 boys is challenging to say the least. Having Anxiety on top of that makes for some interesting and exhausting days. I have always wanted to write but I didn't know what to write about. I wasn't passionate about anything... at least not about anything anyone wanted to hear about. I hope that documenting my experiences and triumphs will help spread awareness and encourage others who suffer along with me. |

If mud is dirt plus water, what is clay?
The clay I know of is a red dirt. Growing up in Oklahoma I have seen my fair share. I always hated how it stained my white shoes!
