| Introduction | I am married and a father of 2 perfect boys. My family is the most important thing to me and while I do love running it is not my entire life. I started running in 2006 and have a whole lot more to learn about all aspects of this craziness but do hope to continue pressing on through new challenges despite this. Through running I have discovered a passion and a lifestyle that I never knew existed. I decided to share my experiences in the hopes that it will somehow motivate or inspire at least one other person to lace 'em up and hit the road. |
