| Introduction | As The Mama, I'm the author of this blog. I'm a 45 year old mama to four energetic kids - Em is 17 and in 12th grade, Kenzie is 17 and in 11th grade, Abby is 14 and in 9th grade, and Jackson is also 14 and in 8th grade. Our awesome blended family became official in the spring of 2014 when I married my amazing husband - AKA The Hubby (and daddy to K & J). I started this blog for the exact same reason I named this blog... Mama Needs a New Pair of Pants AGAIN! Add in my arch nemeses - Autoimmune Disorder, Carb Addition, and Mom Brain, plus the chaos of having four teeangers, and it's no wonder I needed someplace to write my thoughts! I've had my share of ups and downs on the scale through the years, with different sizes across the board. This blog has been my sounding wall, my diary, my stress reliever, my savior, my motivation and so, so much more as I follow this new pants journey! This is me. |
