Introduction	Hi! We're sisters Jessica and Jerilyn. We LOVE to cook. I (Jessica) was diagnosed with Celiac disease about five years ago, meaning I have an intolerance to gluten (protein found in wheat, rye, barley and more). Did that stop me?? NO way!! My passion for food started when I was young, learning great recipes and tips from my mother and grandmothers. I'm happiest when I'm cooking, eating or watching the Food Network. :) My sister Jerilyn and I love to cook together. We have a lot of the same interests in food and when we collaborate in the kitchen, wonderful things happen. We're here to share some of our favorite recipes, new ideas and to show other Celiacs that gluten-free cooking does not have to be hard. I simply take any recipe of my choosing and substitute ingredients if need be! This blog is not just for Celiacs. It's for everyone!
