You're wearing a sweater that stretches down to your feet. What color belt do you put on?
This must be a sweater I knit myself before I realized why my gauge was always so far off. No belt. If it's wool, wash it for 20 minutes in hot water and give it to a small child to wear. Knit new sweater.
