Introduction I used to be a computer scientist. And then I got a job finding and developing innovations, growing them from the germs of ideas into business products. I'd be called a futurologist, except I still get my hands dirty and develop the technologies myself alongside the business development. When I grow up, I'd like to be a CTO, but until then I'm working on business plans, business improvement, autonomous systems, human interactions, information processing algorithms and the type of network theory that recognises that people still have a part to play in systems but just can't do everything any more. My work background includes signal processing, computer vision and probabilistic network theory.
