| Introduction | I live in Redmond, WA with my husband, Chris (who is a martial arts fanatic, brilliant techie, and all around wonderful man), my step-daughter, Mariah (who is 16, an Anime fanatic, and an excellent artist), and our cat, Midnight (shedder extraordinaire!, hacker up of epic furballs!, killer of mice, bugs, and anything she sees out the window that she's sure would be terrified of her mightiness!). I am a fabricholic and a beadaholic. Sometimes I attempt to put things together with the fabric and the beads. I love textiles of all kinds. I love to bake and eat sweets (which I shouldn't). I love to listen to my husband pontificate. I love living in Washington State (I'll never leave again, I swear!) I am very political (and VERY liberal) and not at all religious (though I'm fascinated by the human mind.) There's a lot of great beauty in this world and I would rather appreciate that than dwell on the not so nice. |
