Introduction	I am the founder of a five store chain of natural food stores and former board member of National Nutritional Foods Association. I am married, and my wife and I have four children. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in business, MA in political Science and the requisite class work toward a PhD at the University of Missouri and University of Utah. My background includes teaching and research in political science and philosophy (Emporia State University, 1967-1973).
