Introduction	GOV. HENRY SERIAKE DICKSON’S ONE YEAR IN OFFICE (1). To showcase the aggressive developmental strides initiated by Governor Henry Seriake Dickson in 365 days. (2). To underscore the fact that the Restoration Administration has entrenched peace and security in the State, and therefore created an enabling environment to attract investments in tourism, agriculture, health, education, physical infrastructure and other sectors capable of catalyzing growth. (3). To re-build the confidence of Bayelsans and other stakeholders that the entire machinery of government is being restructured to entrench transparency, accountability and prudence; reduce the cost of governance and pursue poverty reduction, wealth creation and employment generation. (4). To assess how the Restoration Administration has fared in 365 days to enable stakeholders make useful inputs and chart a clear roadmap for development in the years ahead.
