Introduction	38 years old, living in pflugerville with lovely wife Danielle and Daughters, Kendall and Kobi. In 2009, I completed all three Goals I set for myself and that was to run the 3M half marathon, do my first Tri and my first marathon. i was able to complete all three Goals, and have set new Goals for 2010. I will be training for the 3M (Currently) to get me in shape for my Tri season. I plan on doing a few Tris this year, and will run one to two more marathons as well. I hope to lean up, and improve my times from the previous years. 2012-Currently dieting and training to get faster and be a better overall long distance runner, and improve my times in my triathlons.
Interests	Working out, Running, Golf, Sports, Family, Yard Work, Guitar Hero, TV, Reading and spending time with my Wife and daughter most of all.
Favorite movies	Action, Drama and comedy movies. Above all, I love Sylvester Stallone, so any of the Rocky classics are always great.
Favorite music	Mostly everything..
Favorite books	John Grisham books, Dan Brown (DaVinci Code, Angels and Demons and Digital Fortress), Harlan Cobban, and my all time favorite book is Catcher in the rye.
