| Introduction | I retired in 2010 after teaching for 35 years in Indiana public schools. I taught grades K through 6 and was a Reading Specialist/Reading Recovery teacher. Beginning in Fall 2010 I started volunteering in a local elementary school and continued until the end of 2017. I advocate for public education with the Northeast Indiana Friends of Public Education. |
