Introduction	The Heron represents an ability to progress and evolve. The long thin legs of the heron reflect that an individual doesn't need great massive pillars to remain stable, but must be able to stand on one's own. The Moon is considered a luminary, but she produces no light of her own accord. She is reliant upon the sun’s light to reflect her image to us. This makes the moon a symbol of subtlety. Clarity, reflection, and indirect deduction are gained by passive means. Heron’s Moon is a reflection, not just of my journey in exploring the artist and crafter in me, but also thoughts on my journey through life.
