| Introduction | Since 2007, I've been running with a purpose. My purpose: remembering our fallen soldiers. My good friend Sgt. Corey Rystad of my hometown, Red Lake Falls, MN was killed by an improvised explosive device on December 2nd of 2006. Every event I run in, I carry a 3'x5' American flag to honor him and all of our fallen. Come to the Fargo Marathon and watch for my friend, Corey Rystad on my uniform.
