| Introduction | I'm a fifty something and enjoy walking to peer into other people's back yards to see what they have planted ( and who I can ask for a cutting of a plant I don't have yet!) I use walking as a means to get out and about with my sister and catch up on family news and see the neighbours.While I may not be a runner like Jolene , I have manged to shuffle through a half marathon at Disney with my daughter.
