Introduction	Welcome to my travel blog! I'll share adventures I've had, some I'd love to have, and some I'm writing about in my first murder mystery, The Body at Battle Mountain. The idea for the book sprang from a trip with my sister, towing her 30-foot travel trailer across several states. Luckily, we didn't find any dead bodies! My most recent adventure was a month-long USA road trip with my husband, so let's start with the joys and frustrations of the road.
Interests	Writing, traveling, gardening, science, music, reading, needle arts (knitting crocheting quilting crosstitch), visiting with family and friends (especially grandchildren)
Favorite movies	LOTR, The King's Speech, Brazil, On TV: All the old Midsomer Murders, anything by Agatha Christie, Foyles War!
Favorite music	Classical! I was a music major in another lifetime (voice and piano), Oldies--I'm a child of the 60's
Favorite books	The Power of One by Bryce Courtney, All the Harry Potter Books by JK Rowling, False Memory and Life Expectancy by Dean Koontz, Stephie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, anything by Jane Austen, The Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides, and so many more!
