| Introduction | I'm a 32-year old who works in CA's Central Coast agriculture industry. I tout the benefits of eating fresh fruits and vegetables daily, but for 15 years I've carried too many pounds. I will document my quest to give myself a healthy body by eating 10 fruits and vegetables daily and becoming a 10-minute/mile runner.
