| Introduction | 43-year-old mother of three: Tommy (23) Hailey (21) Camden (4.)Yes, I'm nuts! I love cooking and even attended culinary school for a semester after completing my Journalism degree. I especially love eating! I'm usually thinking about food regardless of what else I'm doing. Oh, I'm also kind of a shopaholic. I like to buy clothes, hate to try them on, and never like how they look. Turns out it's not the pants that make my but look fat, it's the fat! I usually end up giving all my unworn clothes to my daughter or neice who did some major school shopping in my closet. I also buy kitchen gadgets a lot. I mean, everyone needs a meatball grilling basket, right? And one size fits all! I force myself to go to the gym or go running or walking 4-5 times a week. Getting started is the hardest part, but I know I'll feel great after. I love wine--red, of course. I probably love it a little too much. But what's really good food without wine? I really like writing but find it difficult to find time to write about the things I love, which is why I'm writing this blog. |
