| Introduction | I have always been around competition. It is a part of my being, but for the first time, I feel am I doing something for more than myself. The Tri for Life Foundation is just that. I raise money for those in need through competing in triathlons, biking, and running events. I have raised money for family and local communinties and this is only the beginning. A reason for this blog is to inspire and raise awareness of the foundation through my travels, struggles, and training regiments. I will also discuss other triathletes, products, role models, and anything pertaining in the competition realm. I hope this blog becomes a form of information, inspiration, and hope.
