| Introduction | I have spent a considerable portion of my life writing all manner of words. In 2002, I won the Green Theatre's Young Playwright's Competition, and my play, Ahab and Illyich, Illyich and Ahab, received Runner's Up honors at the Spelthorne Drama Festival. However, I am most interested in writing poetry. I eventually earned an English B.A from Penn State, and an M.Ed. from the University of Oregon. I currently run a restaurant I helped open, having written most of its recipes, and have many years time spent teaching. I am vegetarian and an avid cyclist. I love my wife Amy. I can not do without my cat Boris, and I deeply miss my little Bella, who lost her battle with feline leukemia. I'm a Capricorn but I don't care. |
