Introduction	Kim Long was born in Ballarat Victoria. She travelled around Australia and throughout Asia before settling in Newcastle where she completed studies in Ceramics at the Hunter Institute’s respected Faculty of Arts & Media. Working primarily in the medium of porcelanious stoneware, her works have appeared in group exhibitions and she also teaches ceramics to private students. Kim founded Clay Australia in 2007 and since then has built a loyal base of customers for her expanding range of hand-made homewares.
