| Introduction | I am the owner and founder of Honey Lady... honey as nature intended... raw and true...this blog has birthed from my demo cooking at the Adelaide Showgrounds Farmers Market and is a response to requests to create and share seasonal, delicious, healthy food that is easy to prepare...Food ~ growing and cooking is in my blood...I was lucky enough to grow up with parents and extended family that grew their own food and from an early age I have cooked and gardened... in truth I have no memory of never doing this... I am so passionate about seasonal eating and the true flavours that come with quality produce.
