Introduction	I'm a teacher of English by profession, but I never worked as one. I love working with English and Russian languages, that is why I'm studding to become an editor. I've been living in Moscow for more then 3 years and first came here on an invitation of the National Bahai office to serve as an assistant to the National Secretary. And that's how I got my experience in organizing National Conventions. I've been doing it for 4 years in a row and definately got some experience. But as I look back at all those conventions, I understant there is still much to be done to make this event better. Better in terms of preparation, organization and follow-up. That is why I decided to create this blog - to get together people who want to help bringing Bahai National Conventions on a new level in terms of professionalism. Sharing our knowledge will benefit all of us and our National Conventions.
