Introduction	I have spent the last 20 years earning a living as a freelance journalist. Recently I and my partner have decide to use the space in our rather rambly and lovely old house, recently vacated by grown up children, as a retreat - for writers, hikers and anyone who needs time out and some tlc. Favorite music	Carole King, The Beach Boys, Vivaldi, Bizet's The pearl fishers, The Rolling Stones, Sia, almost any kind of Tamla Motown music.
Favorite books	Little Women, anything by Joanna Trollope.
