| Introduction | I am here for two reasons. Number one, to be my own motivation and inspiration in my journey to losing weight and getting my body back to where it once was. Number two, to act as a motivator and to help inspire other mommies like me to challenge themselves and make a life change also! My story is simple. Once upon a time, less than two years ago, I was a fun and fancy-free, size-2 girl who could wear ANYTHING and could have eaten anything, but chose not to. I had a job that kept me active all day, then I did my exercises and ate extremely healthy. Now, I am a new mommy! And as marvelous and wonderful as BEING a mommy is, it's much less exciting to LOOK like a mommy. I am 21 years old and I know how I CAN look. So I'm here to share my journey of 'taking back my body'! |
