Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I have seen some fish enjoying a bicycle or two on the bottom of the river. Of course I have seen them enjoying cars, boats, drums, shoes...you name it, fish enjoy it if you drop it.
