Introduction I was awarded PhD in education by the University of Canterbury (UC), Christchurch, New Zealand. I have degrees in Initial Teacher Education (ITE), English Language Teaching (ELT), Inclusive and child-friendly pedagogies. I have presented my research paper at national and international conferences. I have around 15 years of teaching experiences in different organisations. I am a registered teacher of Australia (From Queensland College of Teacher, Teacher Registration Card Number: 912628) New Zealand (Education Council, Teacher Registration Card Number: 369606 and Nepal (Teacher Service Commission, Teacher Registration Card Number: 13309) Nepal. Apart from this, I worked for the different organisation as a teacher trainer, a researcher and a social activist. Currently, I work as a Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO) at Westland High School, Hokitika, West Coast, New Zealand. In addition to this, I am the director of “One School-One Library Project”. The One School – One Library Project is committed to making a difference of earthquake victim children by providing equal opportunities in education for these children.
