| Introduction | I see myself as fairly open-minded (who doesn't?), but I have no patience for sanctimonious know-it-alls, especially if they start waving holy books in my face. Still, I do have pious friends—I respect religion whenever it aims to help people live together. I will sometimes use crude words, I feel they are a natural way to express emotions. Besides, I don't believe that propriety of language amounts to purity of thought. Freedom is all blogging is about: it provides a forum for any idiot to express his views! I personally relish the idea, because in my job I don't get to do that very often. I don't pretend to tell anyone what to believe, but this is THE place where I get to call it like I see it. You can do it too, if you care to post a comment... you'll see, it's wonderfully liberating. |
