Introduction | Welcome friends, parents, and families: I am making my private struggle public to show the full honest truth of childhood sexual assault. I hope it will help me and others. I am leaving the secrets and misconceptions behind and opening up education and ideas. I am the side of childhood sexual abuse that is never seen or talked about. The one who lost their sexual energy. No one left me a road map. I know I am not alone in this, but dang if I can find someone like me. So I am trying and share aspects of my unspoken truths. I hope it helps. I my strange mix of formal and informal education, maybe to help here. Three advanced degrees in business and marketing. An M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. A recent grad of UCLA Professional Program in Screenwriting. My informal education includes training in writing, storytelling, and comedy. Yes, even stand-up comedy. I studied in both San Francisco and Los Angles. No, I don’t want to be a comedian, but laughter is a great gift of mine. I am writing to find solutions and bring them forth. Hence, my blog. This is a journey. Friends, feedback and questions are a wonderful company. Thank you for letting me share. Renee |
