Introduction	In my practise I use different media for different projects. I am always using textiles in one form or another; I enjoy drawing and painting and I make audio tracks supported by visuals. The sound tracks are collaged layers of sound recorded specifically for each project. Consisting of found sounds, speech, home made music and song, the process of recording is an important part of the working process. The visuals use images and words, to create a context for the sound tracks. The art objects interact with the audience on a one to one basis with the headphones piping the soundtrack straight into the ears/head of the audience. The stimulus for my work has predominantly been family photographs, memories, oral and written. Finding art in everyday situations and in everyday objects is central to my life as an artist.
