| Introduction | A long time ago I figured that an education would get me somewhere; then I got out of school. So off I went into the real world of crapy crap crap industry with a BFA and high hopes. My first big job out of college crushed every ounce of hope I had managed to accumulate in my short life. One day a co-worked told me to just imagine that I was wearing electric panties; that it might help. That was 1999. In a brief moment of insanity, I decided to collect one more useless degree. 2 years later I had a MFA and the worst job of my life. Guess What? I got laid off while 5 month pregnant and now I'm at home with my 2 toddlers and an MFA. So, in the spirit of student loans, crap jobs, and electric panties....... |
