| Introduction | Tom is a successful entrepreneur that started his business right out of college with his 2 partners (also engineers). The business has more then doubled in size for the past three years. A significant accomplishment for a manufacturing business that does a vast majority of its manufacturing in-house. Tom's business has become an industry leader in 3 years. Tom and his partners has accomplished all this with no outside investment and remaining profitable every year. Tom has also ventured into real estate. Currently, Tom owns 3 properties, one of which generates almost 50% cash on cash return on his investment. |
