| Introduction | Christ follower and information junkie. Love to read, sometimes love to write. Music touches me to the core. Due to many health issues between my son and I, in the fall of 2014 I embarked on an exciting journey of learning about real food, healthy green living, and how to safely and naturally improve our well-being. Now I'm on a mission to share what I've learned with others who may be going through similar struggles. Although much time is now spent in the kitchen, I also enjoy photography, interior decorating, gardening, landscaping, and crafting. I'm Wife to a wonderful man, Mommy to two young precious boys, and always doing my best to live this life the way God wants me to.
