| Introduction | Panther Arts School of Shorei Kempo is a school of diversity and depth in the ways of martial arts training. The school was born out of my many different years and types of training. My martial arts training started when I was about in the third grade, when I was beat up by an older kid. My father had been a Golden Gloves boxer in high school, so naturally, he taught me how to box. My love for boxing led me to learn more. Over the years, I did wrestling, Ninjitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Hapkido, Japanese Bushido Jiu-jitsu, Kajukenbo, and Shorei Kempo. Though I trained in many disciplines, it was in Shorei Kempo that I finally achieved my first black belt. |
